Workshops
Our workshops are used to put the theory into practice. We have a large number of our own examples to use, but we are also happy to take specific cases from your industry. This is especially relevant for in-house workshops, which are only staffed with participants of a particular company. This method has been proven to be an effective way to train the staff and for them to integrate it into their daily work.
Since these workshops are very practice-oriented, we focus on the respective industry. Therefore, we only offer these workshops as an in-house event.
Workshop Methodology
The knowledge is conveyed in the form of lectures at the competence seminars. In a workshop, by contrast, the teaching of targeted topics is carried out through practical exercises. In order to impart the same knowledge, a workshop requires considerably more time than a seminar. The advantage, however, is that the knowledge learned is more relatable to the every day work, and thus more likely to be remembered and used.
It is advisable to hold a seminar in which the basic knowledge and connections are taught and then specific topics are taken to a deeper level in a workshop.
Since these workshops are very practice-oriented, we are oriented towards the specific requirements of the respective industry and companies. Wokshops can only be booked as an in-house event.
Speakers
The lecturers are proven specialists with many years of experience in mechanical and plant engineering. We do not just attach importance to the theoretical foundations. The practical relevance is important in order to be able to apply the new knowledge immediately in your company.
Documentation provided
Participants will receive documentation consisting of the seminar documents covering the topics covered. This allows them to read the content at a later date.
Optimal number of participants
For optimal learning success, we recommend limiting the number of participants to a maximum of 20 people. This value is based on our experience in order to enable concentrated and trouble-free work.
Language
In-house seminars can be booked in both English and German.
