What are competence seminars?

In our competence seminars, we have summarized the main topics in a compact way. Competence seminars convey basic knowledge from the seminar modules and are essentially conceived as lectures in which knowledge is conveyed in a concentrated manner.

The focus of the Contract Academy seminars is on the project-responsible employees and to introduce them to the methods, practices and theories of contract and claims management.

Over the years, we have continuously developed the contents of the competence seminars on the basis of experience and feedback from the seminar participants. The result is a seminar concept that conveys the sometimes dry and often unclear topics, so that knowledge can be applied in your daily work.

We not only teach the basic theory, but also offer advice, tools and strategies. In this way, we enable the participants to develop solutions themselves in order to react correctly in different situations and cases within the scope of their daily work, from the point of view of contract management.

As standard, we offer the following three seminar modules:

How is a competence seminar designed?

Speakers

The lecturers are proven specialists with many years of experience in mechanical and plant engineering. We do not just attach importance to the theoretical foundations. The practical relevance is important in order to be able to apply the new knowledge immediately in your company.

Method

The knowledge is conveyed in the form of lectures at the competence seminars. The lectures are based on presentations that have been further optimized over the years.

Data

Participants receive the presentation slides as a table template in order to be able to document their own notes during the lectures.

Optimal number of participants

For optimal learning success, we recommend limiting the number of participants to a maximum of 20 participants. This number is based on our experience in order to enable concentrated work.

Language

Our seminars are generally held in German. In-house seminars can be booked in both English and German.
