Workshops
Our workshops are used to put the theory into practice. We have a large number of our own examples, but we are also happy to take specific cases from your specific industry. The in-house workshops, which are tailored specifically for participants of your company, is the most effective way to train how to use the correct procedures and to take it into the daily work.
Since these workshops are very practice-oriented, we focus on the respective industry. Therefore, we only offer these workshops as an in-house event.
Round Table
Seminars and workshops are a good basis for imparting knowledge. In daily practice, however, there are special features and topics that, by their very nature, cannot all be dealt with. In these cases, a round table is useful where participants can periodically discuss their topics with an experienced contract manager.

Coaching
Coaching is a form of consulting that is specifically geared towards managers with management responsibilities. The duty of the Coach is to provide support for the individual or team in the development of suitable measures.
Coaching is particularly suitable for projects where employees are supposed to apply a new methodology in parallel with their normal work. Often, many questions arise at the beginning of a project, when implementing new processes. The coach is there to help the staff over the first hurdles.
Projects in areas that are not yet part of the core competence of your employees' work offer the opportunity to conquer more than just a new area or to realize a new problem solution in "Training on the Job".
Webcasts
A webcast is similar to a radio or television broadcast. Because this takes place on the Internet, there is sometimes the possibility of interaction. This makes it possible for participants to ask their questions directly to the moderator. This possibility of interaction is understandably based on the number of participants.
