Online Round-Table
Seminars and workshops are a good basis for imparting knowledge. In daily practice, however, there are special features and topics that, of course, cannot all be dealt with. In these cases, it makes sense to have a round table at which the participants can discuss their topics with an experienced contract manager at regular intervals.
Derived from the round table at which the participants exchange ideas on a topic, the participants gather at an online round table in front of their computers. With the help of an appropriate portal, the desired topics can then be dealt with online in dialogue. Documents and records can be viewed at the same time and the respective topics can be specifically processed on the basis of the relevant facts.
A "jour fixe" that takes place every 4 weeks, for example, has proven itself. At the appointment, the affected and interested employees can connect to a portal online so that specific questions and topics can be discussed with an experienced contract manager.
Such an event usually only lasts an hour, but experience has shown that many hours are saved. When the right course of action is clear, this regularly leads to greater certainty as to which course of action is the best solution for the desired result.
