The future of learning is eLearning
Modern eLearning technologies complement traditional learning in companies
Know-how, training and certification: everything online
Traditionally, training involves sending employees to a seminar room for a few hours on a specific date. Modern eLearning technologies have significant advantages over in-person teaching. It saves the company money, enables the personalisation of the learning process and increases employee motivation to actively work through the material.
In addition, each person has their own personal learning pace. The great advantage of eLearning is that the content of the lessons can be repeated as often as necessary. Employees have the opportunity to pause at points of interest and link the topics to their own experiences and knowledge. Particularly the content of contract and claims management is often not trivial, so that different levels of learning progress should be taken into account. It stands to reason that knowledge acquired in this way is much more likely to be retained.
Self-directed learning
The lessons are worked through entirely on one's own, without time constraints. This concept is suitable for all individual participants. Participants can use the integrated chat function to discuss topics with the contract academy.
This is the usual procedure available to members.
Blended Learning: Regular dialogue
Blended learning is a form of training that combines traditional teaching methods with digital learning. There is a time frame for working through individual lessons, e.g. 3 lessons within 14 days. After that, a jour-fixe is arranged to recapitulate and deepen the topics of the lessons worked on. This jour-fixe then takes place via an online communication tool. Experience shows that this method is very suitable for companies and leads to a significantly better consolidation of know-how than is the case with traditional methods.
We charge a flat fee for jour-fixe appointments. Please contact us and we will be happy to make you an attractive offer.
Online coaching: Direct Contact
The coaching concept also requires the lessons to be worked through independently. However, a ‘stand-by’ support service is provided, where participants can discuss content with experts from the Contract Academy at any time. This is particularly suitable for the targeted training of individual employees in order to prepare them to take on tasks in contract and claims management within a short period of time.
This intensive support incurs additional costs, which depend on the individual case. Please contact us and we will be happy to make you an attractive offer.
The Contract Academy supports mobile learning
Many employees appreciate the opportunity to learn anytime, anywhere. Therefore, mobile learning is a win-win situation for both, companies and employees. Experience shows that it is much more effective when employees can complete a course on their own schedule.
The contents of the Contract Academy are not only available on the PC, but also via a free mobile app, both online and offline. If a user loads the corresponding content via his browser, he is offered directly to open the content in the app specially tailored for mobile devices. The free mobile app was developed by the company iSpring and is available for download for both Android and Apple devices.
