Why is coaching useful?
Well-trained employees are the key to success. Usually, technically well-trained and competent employees are used as project managers. The focus is then mostly on solving technical issues and problems. Unfortunately, this is often at the expense of the result because the options and procedures for using the contract optimally for your own needs are not known. As part of the coaching, we work closely with you and your employees and, in the context of practical implementation, show which methods and ways of thinking lead to success.
What do we mean by coaching?
Coaching is a form of advice that is specifically geared towards executives with management tasks. The coach is a neutral consultant who does not relieve the client of the work, but primarily supports them in developing suitable measures. Project coaching is particularly suitable for projects in which employees are supposed to use a new methodology in parallel to their normal work. Often times, many questions arise at the beginning due to difficulties in implementing new processes. The coach is the starting helper who helps over the first hurdles.
Especially projects in areas that are breaking new ground offer the opportunity to conquer more than just a new area or to implement a new problem solution with "training on the job".
How does coaching work with contracts?
If the area of contract and claims management, in which the processes begin before the contract is signed and only end after the warranty period has expired, is restructured or set up, the use of a coach is a good idea. This has the task of helping the individual employee to understand the overall picture of the contractual issues.
A claim usually grows slowly. The earlier a potential claim is recognized, the lower the effort involved in defense or enforcement. If your employees recognize the symptoms of an incipient claim, you can actively control the process and win regularly.
