Our expertise
The Contract Academy® was founded in 2005 as a subsidiary of Contract Tools GmbH, a consultancy for contract and claim management. We offer the most comprehensive and highly specialised training in the field of contract and claim management. Our blended learning concept enables participants to receive individual support in the form of individual training and coaching in addition to the online seminars.
More than 1000 participants have already completed our courses. The course programme covers all the requirements of the Contract & Claim Management professional profile. To meet the corporate requirements for training and to ensure its quality, our courses are based on the recommendations of the DGCCM. We regularly undergo DGCCM-based qualification as an exclusive training partner. All course content can be completed either in person or via e-learning.
Die E-Learning-Plattform
Since 2017, we have been working on the development of our own e-learning platform, which was launched in 2023 to meet the increasing demand for digital learning formats. As a training provider, we work closely with the German Society for Contract and Claim Management and use a didactically step-by-step module system. We are internationally oriented and, where necessary, also cover international contract law in addition to German law.
Ralf Budde, the head of our training and further education programmes, is a graduate engineer and has extensive experience in contract management in various industries, with a focus on plant construction and energy generation. He has worked as a project manager in Germany, the Middle East, Asia, North America and Southern Europe. He has extensive methodological expertise in the development and implementation of complex claim analysis and process optimisation systems, gained from countless contract projects.
The leading expert in contract management is the author of several books and developed the Pro:Claim® concept. In his many years of training and consulting, he has acquired particular expertise in knowledge transfer.
